Payments are the responsibility of the venue once you and the venue confirms your shift completion. Venues have 48 hours to make a payment and update as ‘paid’. You will have the opportunity to score the venue if payment isn’t made within 48 hours.
You’ll need to verify your identity with a valid ID and provide proof of right to work in the UK. This keeps the platform secure and builds trust with venues.
You can cancel shifts, but late cancellations may affect your reliability score. We recommend giving as much notice as possible to maintain a strong profile.
For Venues
We charge a simple flat fee per shift posted based on urgency. There are no monthly subscriptions or long-term contracts. You only pay when you need staff.
Venues will be charged once the worker arrives at a shift and ‘clocks in’*

No-shows are tracked and affect worker reliability scores. If a worker doesn’t arrive, you won’t be charged and can quickly find a replacement through the platform.
