Diisco is proud to announce that we have been awarded Gold at The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show 2026, marking an important milestone in our journey to transform the way hospitality businesses find and hire flexible staff.
The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show took place on 16–17 September 2026 at ExCeL London, bringing together hospitality operators, decision-makers, suppliers, technology companies and innovators from across the industry. Diisco exhibited at Stand N336, giving visitors the opportunity to experience the platform and learn how it is designed to simplify shift-based staffing.
From Hospitality Challenge to Gold Recognition
Diisco was created around a simple observation: hospitality businesses need a faster and more flexible way to fill individual shifts.
Traditional staffing processes can involve lengthy communication, agency fees and unnecessary friction. Diisco provides a digital platform that connects hospitality venues directly with hospitality professionals, helping venues create shifts quickly and giving workers the flexibility to discover and apply for opportunities that suit them.
At the show, the Diisco team demonstrated this approach to hospitality professionals and venue operators, showcasing how technology can make the process of managing flexible staffing simpler.

Following our participation in the show, Diisco progressed to the Innovation Challenge 2026 final, giving the team the opportunity to present the platform and its approach to a judging panel from the hospitality industry.
